HOW TO REGISTER

Login to website, or create a new Member Account:

If you have not already created a login for our club’s website, then click on Login (top right corner) and follow the instructions under “First Time Registering?”.

When creating a new account, note that the parent should register first, under the ‘Member / Parent Information’ header. This is the person invoices will be issued to, and email communications will be directed to, NOT necessarily the skater in the program. DO NOT enter a child/skater's name as the member. If you are an adult that intends on participating in the Parents & Tots Program, ensure you check the box beside the text “I will be registering myself into programs”.

To finish creating a new member account, enter your address/contact information. If your household consists of two parents that would both like to receive club email communications, please enter the second parent’s email address.

Read through the Message List descriptions, and consider opting-in to the “News, Upcoming Program & Registration Information” to ensure you receive our email newsletters and information about our future programming options. Note you can opt-out of this mailing list at any time.

Register for Program(s):

Once you have logged in or created a new member account, click on “Registration” in the main menu bar, to start the registration process.

If you have multiple skaters in your family, a small box will pop-up asking you to select which skater you wish to enroll in the selected program.

*Note: If you are First Nations and are eligible for HST tax exemption - please register for the programs that indicate "First Nations Tax Exempted." It is the exact same program except that you will not be charge tax upon registration with the proper documentation (ie. Status Card Registration Number). The other option is you can pay HST now and complete the application to submit for HST refund. For more information click here.

Complete registration and Check out:

You will then be brought to the Registration Review page. This page will show the fee for the selected program. If you wish to register for an additional program, either for the same skater, or an additional family member, click the 'REGISTER FOR MORE PROGRAMS' button underneath the first program.

Once you have selected all the programs you are interested in, double check the items on your invoice and make sure they are correct. Then, click on “CONFIRM & REGISTER” to take you to the payment page.

Payment Options:

We accept various methods of payment including the following:

1) E-Transfers - Please send E-Transfers to: 807-276-1446 or nlschoolofskating@gmail.com

Please set Password to: skatingisfun

Please include your child(ren) name(s) in the message box

4) Credit Card - Note there is a 3% Non-Refundable Administration Fee for this option which will be applied at checkout.

5) KidSport or JumpStart Funding - Registration will not be completed until approval is complete. You must apply for this funding separately.

6) Couchiching Funding - Register with one of the above options & submit request to band office

*Note you will see an Online Payment Admin Fee for Credit Cards of 3% on your invoice. This will be credited to your invoice when you go to pay via Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer.

Installment Payments: If paying via Credit Card - Note that the installments will be Pre-Authorized.

If paying by E-Transfer you must either pay in full or setup pre-authorized payments for remaining balance.

Registrations will not be processed until funds are received. Please allow 48 hours to process registrations. Skaters are not allowed on the ice until registration is complete.
